Great facilities, beautiful views, and excellent food. The apartments were spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and nearby restaurants. The children's club was a definite highlight, and the staff was enthusiastic and engaging. We also appreciated the indoor-outdoor pool and the gym facilities.

Some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times. The wellness area and gym closed too early for our liking.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on multiple occasions and we have always been impressed with the level of service provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and we particularly love the delicious breakfasts they offer. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed the two-level layout of our room, with a separate area for the kids on the lower floor and a luxurious suite for the parents on the top floor. The views from our room were magnificent, and we loved having a small patio to relax on.

We recently went on a romantic escape to this charming hotel located in the heart of the mountains. What we enjoyed most were the stunning views of the peaks from our room and the cozy fireplace that kept us warm during chilly nights. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of hiking trails, and a short drive from charming villages. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always offering local tips to make our stay even better.

The restaurant was a bit pricey and, unfortunately, we didn't find the food to be up to par with the quality of the hotel. the Wi-Fi was quite slow and made it difficult to stay connected.

We had a fantastic family ski holiday in a family-friendly hotel with a spacious two-bedroom apartment. The hotel is located right on the slopes, making it easy to enjoy the skiing without any stress. And for us adults, the stunning view from the balcony was a treat. The dining area was charming and the food was excellent, with lots of child-friendly options. We enjoyed the lovely indoor-outdoor pool and were impressed by the gym and beauty treatments.

The hotel was a bit far from the city, and we had to drive for around 10 minutes to get there.

We loved this hotel! It was perfect for families with kids. The chalets were amazing with separate lifts and connected parking. Location was fantastic, right on the slope and close to restaurants. Free firewood and cheap laundry were handy. Breakfast was always delicious and staff was friendly.

Everything is what we need and want.
